We are looking to hire a Tech NEMS Recruiter for a short-term project, lasting between 6 months to a year. The main responsibility of this role is to manage the end-to-end recruitment process in collaboration with the Human Resources team.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates, providing qualified individuals to hiring managers
Utilize social media and networking activities to source talent
Provide feedback to stakeholders in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation and approvals
Negotiate candidate offers and conduct market research
Work with the Diversity team to promote internal and facilitate the slate process
Serve as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and implement best practices throughout the recruitment process
Identify areas for improvement and implement efficiencies where possible
Manage relationships with search firms/agencies and participate in diversity recruiting events
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Required Skills:
7-10 years of experience in Technology recruiting
Strong knowledge of the Technology industry and market trends
Ability to prioritize work, conduct hiring events, and demonstrate proficiency in Excel
Experience with Workday and project management
Previous experience in recruiting for tech roles such as Java developers, analytics, and project managers
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to handle challenges effectively and seek support when needed
