We are currently seeking a full-time Physician Recruiter to join our Recruiting Team. This is a remote position that will require some travel. The Physician Recruiter generates and sources candidates for all Physician, Dentist, Psychologist, and Advanced Practice Provider positions within an assigned region. The Physician Recruiter maintains thorough, accurate data within the applicant tracking system and related reports in addition to reviewing curriculum vitaes, conducting phone screens, and presenting candidates to hiring managers with detail and clarity. This professional uses tools such as cold calling, healthcare association publications, online job boards, newspaper and web advertisements, social media, email campaigns, and direct mail campaigns, travelling occasionally for client meetings, job fairs, conferences, networking dinners, academic vents, and other recruitment events.
