What You’ll Do:

Strategic Posting and Promotion:
Work with our marketing team to showcase our opportunities across diverse platforms with compelling and accurate advertisements to captivate talent. •
Exceptional Service:
Deliver unparalleled customer service to all candidates (and customers when needed), fostering robust communication channels with our on-site teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment. •
Insightful Reporting:
Drive informed decisions by generating and presenting comprehensive recruiting reports to our esteemed leadership team. • Customer /

Act as the connection between candidates and hiring managers, arranging seamless interview experiences that lead to successful placements. •
Efficient Onboarding:

Compliance and Coordination:
Uphold adherence to federal and state regulations, diligently coordinating pre-placement testing when necessary. •
