Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive recruiting standards and expectations.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract candidates for critical roles, exploring new sourcing channels when necessary.
  • Maintain a diverse and high-performing candidate pipeline, ensuring an inclusive and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates using modern recruitment tools and methods.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Keep up-to-date with both local and global recruitment strategies, promoting the company as an inclusive and desirable employer.
  • Utilize various application systems such as ATS, recruiting software, and social media platforms for sourcing and tracking candidates.
  • Ensure regular communication with candidates, providing them with a seamless and positive experience from application to final decision.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of all candidates and hiring managers’ interactions in the Applicant Track System.
  • Participate in high-priority global talent initiatives, challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement in our recruitment process. Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a recruiter role
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
  • Experience with Applicant Track Systems
  • Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks
  • Understanding of Benefit Functions within HR context
  • Experience in Cold Calling potential candidates
  • Proven track record in Talent Acquisition
  • Experience in Campus Recruiting and College Recruiting
  • Proficiency in Corporate Recruiting
  • Specialization in Engineering Recruiting is preferred
  • Experience in Executive Recruiting
  • Savvy using Social Media for recruitment purposes
  • Fluency in the Spanish Language is required
