Area Manager Job Description:
The Strategic Operations Supervisor is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop sourcing opportunities Screen candidates resumes and job applications, and assist with prescreening Build and update Recruitment Sources Reports Always ensure recruitment material availability Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc when applicable. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes Keep the Applicant Tracking System updated Assist with onboarding new employees Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
