Bilingual Recruiter CDS Ocala, FL 34473 Customer Driven Staffing has been in business and operating in Florida more than 20 years. We provide an extensive amount of services to our clients in Ocala, Gainesville, The Villages and throughout the surrounding areas. Our Company seeks a motivated & dedicated Recruiter that thrives in challenging and demanding working environments. This positions offers the opportunity grow with a Company expanding its Florida operations over the next five years in this region and throughout the State! This is not a remote position. This position is required to work in our Ocala, FL office. Responsibilities Review and screen resumes on job boards, social media sites, and other internet and recruiting tool outlets. Set interviews for all candidates. Assist candidates with application process, applications, and pre-hire drug tests. Activate all employees and complete online on boarding process for all applicants and new hires. Assist with managing office internet job boards. Complete form I9’s and verify employees are eligible to work. Upload all documents to applicant portals in company HRIS systems. Assist with weekly billing and payroll process for all office clients and employees. Applicants must be willing to travel to client sites to perform site inspections, meetings, job analysis, and ensure client and employee satisfaction through face to face meetings. Requirements Minimum of two years experience, preferably office environment, in a fast pace, high transaction workplace environment where you manage multiple tasks throughout the day. At least one year of Recruiting experience is required. Preferred in a high volume or managing a large number of open positions. Professional phone skills is required. Must have strong computer skills, above average internet and social media skills, & ability to learn staffing software programs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, Monday – Friday. Weekend or on-call availability may be required depending on clients and new employee placements. Must be willing to use your personal vehicle on behalf of the company.
