We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be tasked with identifying top-tier talent through full-cycle recruiting, overseeing the interview and offer procedures, and supporting new hires through onboarding. The right candidate is data-driven, creative in sourcing strategies, and demonstrates perseverance and composure in response to feedback or delays.
Requirements:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and draft clear and accurate job descriptions.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, and other creative outreach methods.
- Utilize Jobvite to manage job postings, candidate communications, and application tracking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and communication style.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, coordinating calendars and follow-ups as needed.
- Prepare and send offer letters, background screening instructions, and ensure timely completion of pre-hire documents.
- Support new hires throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate records in the ATS and generate weekly reports summarizing recruiting progress and timelines.
- Track key recruiting data such as time-to-fill, sources of hire, and open requisition status.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers, HR leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Follow up with new hires after start dates to ensure their integration is going well.

Required Skills/Abilities :
Ability to manage multiple open roles and conduct several interviews daily Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and respectful across all levels Familiarity with employment laws and recruitment compliance standards. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), internet search tools, and applicant tracking systems. Creative approach to sourcing and building candidate pipelines. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of recruitment experience required.
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiting and Jobvite ATS strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting a diverse workforce and working across multiple departments or business units.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Able to travel as needed.
