Recruiter Summary:

Coordinates with area Administrators and Department Managers for recruitment and retention actions to meet HR goals.

Recruiter Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare field. Generate up-to-date job postings for internal and external posting boards. Develop and execute recruitment sourcing strategy to ensure a constant flow of high quality leads. Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Coordinate with area Administrators for recruitment actions to meet staffing goals for each office. Provides support to Administrators for interviewing, job fairs, open houses, and recruiting events. Secures mailing lists from various professional groups to originate direct recruitment mailings. Cold calling off resumes, review resumes and screen candidates. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring. Must have Nurse Recruiting Experience.

Experience:

Bachelor or equivalent experience preferred 3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience in the healthcare field Experience in sourcing in resume databases and job boards.
