Full-time | Exempt Overview Are you a recruiting professional with a passion for building systems and sourcing talent from the ground up? We’re looking for a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts in a hands-on, strategic role. This position is instrumental in driving recruitment success and improving processes without the support of an ATS, offering a high-impact opportunity to shape and grow talent acquisition operations for a dynamic organization. Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance across departments and seniority levels. Conduct resume screenings, candidate interviews, and guide candidates through the selection process. Coordinate all interview logistics and ensure a seamless candidate journey. Deliver consistent, timely candidate feedback and manage offer negotiations. Strategic Sourcing Create and implement sourcing strategies targeting passive and active talent across various platforms. Build a robust talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs. Utilize job boards and employee referral programs to attract diverse and qualified talent. Hiring Partner Collaboration Partner closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and ideal candidate profiles. Provide consultative guidance on recruitment best practices and market trends. Candidate Experience & Branding Serve as a brand ambassador, communicating organizational mission and culture throughout the candidate experience. Enhance employer branding through digital presence and candidate interactions. Recruitment Analytics & Optimization Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness. Identify and implement process improvements in manual recruitment workflows. Technology & Compliance Assist with evaluating and integrating a future ATS or HRIS. Ensure all recruitment processes comply with federal/state laws and internal standards. Maintain accurate documentation and standardize recruitment materials.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting, including executive-level placements. Proven success sourcing and hiring across multiple functions without an ATS. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and recruitment-related tools;

ATS/HRIS

implementation experience is a plus. Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and compliance practices.

Skills Bilingual:

Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred). Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess resumes and conduct insightful interviews. High discretion in managing confidential information. Technologically savvy and adaptable to evolving tools and systems. Work Environment & Requirements Primarily remote, with flexibility to attend in-person sessions as needed. Candidate must reside in Florida and maintain a secure and reliable internet connection and home office setup.
