Responsibilities Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Utilize various platforms such as social media, job boards, and networking events to attract potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Evaluate candidates through interviews and assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress in recruitment systems. Engage in cold calling potential candidates to generate interest in open positions. Provide insights on market trends and candidate feedback to improve recruitment processes. Skills Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in Recruiting in a corporate setting or staffing. Financial Services Industry is a plus. Strong cold calling skills for lead generation and outreach efforts. Strong personal network and/or community involvement to leverage from a recruiting perspective Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
