What You’ll Do:
Source, engage, and place top tech talent across Data, CRM & ERP Work on pre-existing, high-volume requirements
- no business development required!
Manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to placement. Partner with our Miami Sales Team to ensure smooth candidate delivery. Build strong candidate relationships and maintain a deep understanding of the market.
Who We’re Looking For:
2+ years in a 180° recruitment delivery role (tech recruitment required). Proven track record of sourcing and filling high-volume roles. Strong market knowledge of CRM, Data & ERP recruitment.
