Do:

Grow your own book of business by developing new client relationships and expanding existing partnerships. Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering strategic staffing solutions in Temporary, Contract, Temporary to hire, and Project-Based services. Recruit top-tier candidates across a variety of roles in: Accounting & Finance (Public & Corporate), Tax, Legal, HR, Administrative & Customer Support, Logistics, Operations, and more-ranging from entry-level to executive search.

What You Should Bring:

2+ years of recent experience at a staffing agency, operating in a full-desk model is highly preferred Proven ability to generate new business and consistently hit or exceed revenue targets and KPIs A relationship-first approach to recruiting with excellent sourcing, screening, and client management skills.
