Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) efficiently. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area. Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and interviews. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our services. Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. Ensure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date. Support the Human Resources department with onboarding new hires and organizing employee-related events. Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role. Proficiency in Office Management Applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
