Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary communication bridge between Principal Investigators (PIs), Managers, and the clinical team. Manage and track subject enrollment projections and pre-screening efforts. Review PI EMRs (Electronic Medical Records) to generate real-time enrollment projections during study prospecting. Conduct community outreach initiatives to engage potential participants and support enrollment goals. Leverage real patient data to strengthen enrollment pitches and feasibility responses to Sponsors.
Ideal Candidate:
Must have prior experience in clinical research, patient recruitment, or medical liaison roles. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with physicians, staff, and community members to build relationships and drive enrollment. Familiarity with EMR systems and basic therapeutic area knowledge. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
