Description:

Process all Internal Transfers including demotions and promotions, status, shift, job code changes and/or department transfers in a timely manner. Counsels with compensation directly to obtain rate decrease or increase information. Primary contact for all Hiring Manager transfer activity. Interviewing and Screening of candidates as necessary. Estimated pay range for this position is $20.32 – $24.59 / hour depending on experience.

Degrees:

High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Additional Qualifications:

Some College preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be organized ; detailed -oriented ; focused ; assertive and a self-starter. Must be able to explain procedures concerning transfers in a clear and concise manner. Knowledge of Word and Excel. Able to resolve problems. Confidentiality is required.

Minimum Required Experience:

2 Years EOE, including disability/vets
