We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition & HR Operations Specialist to join our growing People team and be our first HR hire in the U.S. Based in our new Miami office, you will lead hiring efforts for our U.S.-based Go-To-Market teams and manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our U.S. presence from the ground up and build meaningful connections across the company.
Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on Go-To-Market positions (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, etc.) Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job requirements, and build hiring plans Create compelling job descriptions and recruitment strategies to attract top talent Drive candidate pipeline through sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer process with a high-touch candidate experience Serve as the go-to HR point of contact for employees, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience Support onboarding and off boarding processes, in partnership with the global HR team Manage employment documentation, tools, and benefits enrollment Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies Support HR projects and initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and systems
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in a combined talent acquisition and HR operations role, ideally at a fast-paced tech company or startup Experience hiring for GTM roles — bonus if you’ve built teams in new markets or offices Strong understanding of HR practices and employee lifecycle processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable working across time zones and cultures Highly organized, self-directed, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-scaling environment Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL
