We are always striving to grow andimprove by expanding our team. That’s why we are seeking talentedPermanent Principal Recruitment Consultants to join our Miami team,focusing on the Data market.

Key Responsibilities include: Drive thought leadership in your vertical and promote Xcede’sbrand awareness & presence in technical conferences, clientengagement meetings and Scope of Work discussions. Serve as the authority on industry trends, emerging talents,and global recruitment best practices. Collaborate with international hiring teams to understand ourglobal staffing requirements and formulate strategic recruitmentplans. Responsible for researching, identifying and approaching newclients to build long-term recruitment partner relationships. Drive sales opportunities by identifying staffing needs withinpotential clients and qualifying job descriptions within yourspecialist area. Responsible for maintaining and building relationships at alllevels within key accounts. Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidates’ skills, andensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess. Oversee the entire 360-degree recruitment process, ensuring aseamless experience for candidates and ourclients.

Skills/Requirements:

Experience as a 360 Contract Recruiter, with a proven trackrecord of success – ideally with a focus on technology/dataroles. Strong understanding of the technology sector and its talentlandscape. Have a proven track record of engaging new clients throughproactive business development execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
