Recruitment Call Center Job Description:
Inbound agents will be responsible for handling calls from potential new subjects interested in participating in clinical studies. Their tasks include gathering necessary information to build a database and transferring qualified calls to the appropriate recruiter for active studies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prescreening :
Assess potential subjects for eligibility based on study protocols and prescreening criteria.
Participant Education :
Provide clear, thorough explanations of clinical study details to potential participants, ensuring they understand study requirements, procedures, and any risks.
Scheduling :
Manage and schedule study participants’ appointments on the study calendar.
Study Protocols :
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of clinical study protocols and ensure compliance during recruitment and participant interactions.
Customer Service :
Deliver excellent customer service by responding to participant inquiries and addressing concerns professionally and empathetically.
Phone Etiquette :
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with potential participants, managing calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
Multilingual Communication :
Fluently speak English and an additional language (Spanish, Creole, or Portuguese) to reach a diverse participant pool.
Sales Experience :
Use sales techniques to engage, inform, and motivate potential participants, ensuring a high level of recruitment success.
Qualifications:
Language Proficiency :
Fluent in English and at least one other language (Spanish, Creole, or Portuguese).
Experience :
Prior experience in a customer service, sales, or recruitment role is preferred.
Knowledge :
Familiarity with medical terminology and clinical study protocols.

Compensation:
Hourly Pay :
$18.00 per hour
Performance-Based Commission :
Up to $2,500 per quarter , based on individual recruitment performance.
