In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier talent across a range of AI and ML specializations. A crucial aspect of this position involves a deep understanding of equity sharing and stock option offerings, enabling you to effectively communicate and negotiate these benefits with prospective candidates. Furthermore, familiarity with the H1-B visa sponsorship process is essential to support our diverse and global hiring strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for AI and Machine Learning roles, from initial sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding. Develop and implement creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract highly sought-after AI/ML professionals. Build and maintain a strong network of AI/ML talent through proactive outreach, industry events, and professional relationships. Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation packages, including equity sharing and stock option plans, effectively articulating their value to candidates. Navigate the complexities of H1-B visa sponsorship, working closely with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Contribute to the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

What You’ll Bring:

Proven track record (3+ years) of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a significant focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning roles. Demonstrable expertise in explaining and negotiating equity sharing and stock option offerings to candidates. Solid understanding of U.S. immigration laws and the H1-B visa sponsorship process. Exceptional sourcing skills, with proficiency in utilizing various platforms and techniques to identify passive talent. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). A proactive and results-oriented mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
