Job Description
Description We are looking for a bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Miami, Florida. This Contract to long-term position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering inclusion and diversity in the workplace. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in recruiting, onboarding, and outreach efforts, ensuring a seamless and culturally sensitive hiring experience across multiple departments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and engaging with candidates in English and Spanish.
- Manage and maintain applicant data within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and translate recruitment materials, such as flyers and onboarding documents, to support inclusive hiring practices.
- Guide candidates through pre-employment procedures, including reference checks, background screenings, and drug testing.
- Lead onboarding and orientation sessions, delivering content in both English and Spanish as required.
- Build and sustain relationships with community organizations, workforce programs, and training centers to enhance outreach.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate engagement, to optimize processes.
- Ensure all recruitment practices comply with HR policies, Equal Employment Opportunity standards, and Department of Labor regulations. Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting and sourcing.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and the ability to manage candidate data effectively.
- Strong skills in creating recruitment materials and translating documents.
- Knowledge of pre-employment processes, including background checks and drug testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate onboarding sessions and community outreach.
- Ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive improvements.
- Understanding of HR compliance standards, including EEO and labor regulations.
