In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process across various levels of the organization, including campus recruitment and executive recruiting. You will play a crucial role in sourcing candidates, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR sourcing, employee relations, and succession planning. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Utilize ATS to track applicants and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct candidate sourcing through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Assist in campus recruitment initiatives to attract top talent from educational institutions. Support executive recruiting efforts by identifying high-level candidates and facilitating interviews. Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the hiring process. Maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. Participate in succession planning discussions to identify potential internal candidates for key roles. Qualifications Proven experience in recruiting or HR sourcing, preferably within a corporate environment. (Attorneys, Paralegals, Legal assistance) Familiarity with Kronos or similar HR management systems is a plus. Knowledge of employment labor laws and best practices in employee relations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers. Experience with ATS software is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
