The expertise of the Talent Acquisition Recruiter will help us support the ongoing growth of our organization in the aviation industry. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for the entire talent acquisition cycle, including sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding. Duties & Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Improve our current recruitment process to ensure we attract the best qualified candidates Partner with department managers to best understand our hiring needs, role requirements, objectives, timeframes etc. Work with department leaders to prepare and update job descriptions Manage the entire recruiting process, including but not limited to the following:

• Draft and post job advertisements-Source qualified candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, events, employee referrals etc
• Screen resumes for the best qualified candidates-Coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews-Collect employment applications for interviewed applicants-Prepare and extend formal job offer to the best qualified candidates-Conduct reference checks-Schedule pre-employment drug testing and criminal background checks-Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding process Responsible for recruiting in our Miami, FL•Lynn Haven, FL and Lake City, SC locations Attend job fairs and career events to attract qualified candidates Be in constant contact with, and attend school campuses / colleges with recruitment initiatives to attract students and recent graduates Participate in recruitment training to enhance interviewing skills, etc.

Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance Conduct stay and exit interviews to gather feedback on employee retention Must be able to assist the HR department with other duties as assigned Requirements Must have prior screening, sourcing, recruiting and hiring experience Must be able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work well under pressure Must be organized and detail oriented Experience with school campus recruitment is a plus Must have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced operational environment Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must have interpersonal skills Must be able to read, write, and understand the English & Spanish Language Must have excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and web-based applications.
