Talent Acquisition Specialist Prowork Miami, FL 33134 Talent Acquisition Specialist We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting our company’s growth by attracting top-tier professionals. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of modern recruitment practices. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals. Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify qualified candidates. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical and recurring roles. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track and report recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire). Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases. Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and hiring practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. Preferred Qualifications Experience recruiting for technical or specialized roles. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
