Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist , you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across a variety of roles. You’ll work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging candidate experience — in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing strategies. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies. Conduct interviews and coordinate hiring processes in both English and Spanish. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Represent Leon Management International at job fairs and recruitment events. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field — or currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s HR program . Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for people and talent development.
