An innovative footwear company that is centered around dance is looking for a Recruiter to join their team in a Part-Time, Remote capacity. This individual will work roughly 10-15 hours/week, searching for, contacting, and interviewing candidates from LinkedIn.

Duties:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates.
Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Review resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations.
Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in relevant industry environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Understanding of fair employment practices
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
