This position requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition and an understanding of various recruiting strategies to ensure we find the best candidates for our roles. Duties Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to interviewing and onboarding new hires. Utilize HRIS systems and Salesforce for tracking candidates and managing recruitment processes. Implement succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions. Stay updated on employment labor laws to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process. Engage in technical recruiting for specialized roles, ensuring candidates meet the necessary qualifications. Develop training programs for new hires to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration into the company culture. Generate leads for potential candidates through networking and industry events. Experience Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment. Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools, including HRIS systems. Strong understanding of employment labor laws and compliance regulations. Experience with executive recruiting and succession planning is highly desirable. Knowledge of training development practices to enhance onboarding processes. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing candidate relationships. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike. A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
