Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals. Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with our company values and patient care standards. Manage relationships with potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop job descriptions. Utilize social media and other platforms for lead generation and candidate outreach. Facilitate employee orientation and onboarding processes for new hires. Requirements Proven experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field. Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidate fit effectively. Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with candidates and team members. Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and employment labor laws is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
