The Talent Acquisition Partner plays a key role in sourcing,screening, and securing top talent for current and future roles.
This position manages the full-cycle recruitment process, buildsand maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates, and ensurescompliance with all employment laws and policies. Working closelywith hiring managers, the partner develops recruitment strategies,advises on staffing best practices, and promotes internal andexternal opportunities. The role also supports diversity andcollege recruiting initiatives, leverages online sourcing tools andthe ATS, and contributes to HR projects and training efforts-allwhile delivering efficient, high-quality service in a collaborativeenvironment. - Strong knowledge of OFCCP, EEO, and ADAAA compliance as itrelates to sourcing, staffing, and hiring.
- Proven ability tosource, screen, and pipeline qualified candidates within specifiedtimeframes.
- Skilled in developing and executing onlinecandidate search campaigns using internet search engines anddigital platforms.
- Extensive experience managing the full-cyclerecruitment process, from intake to offer.
- Ability to conductintake meetings and partner closely with hiring managers to alignon job requirements and sourcing strategies.
- Consultativeapproach to workforce planning and future staffing strategydevelopment.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS) to build and maintain continuous candidate pipelines.
- Experience handling candidate inquiries, guiding applicants throughthe process, and providing coaching and feedback to internalcandidates.
- Strong interviewing and evaluation skills forassessing candidates against position requirements, both via phoneand in-person.
- Ability to implement targeted search andmarketing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
- Skilled in social media sourcing and employer branding topromote organizational opportunities.
- Knowledgeable in staffingpolicies, onboarding processes, and employment documentation.
- Experienced in composing and delivering formal job offers, managingATS workflows, and ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Ability tocollaborate on and contribute to departmental and cross-functionalHR projects.
- Participates in and supports college and tradeschool recruiting initiatives, including career fairs, campusengagement, and selection processes.
- Strong analytical skillsto gather data and generate reports from ATS and HR systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engagingcandidates and internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in MicrosoftOffice Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in sourcing and hiring forprofessional positions, including IT, engineering, operations,finance, and management roles.
- Proven success in developing andexecuting full-cycle recruitment strategies, from job posting andsourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Experienceworking with multiple business units to understand unique hiringneeds, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure alignmentwith organizational goals.
- Ability to manage high-volumerecruitment while balancing multiple priorities and deadlineswithout compromising candidate quality.
- Strong consultativeapproach with hiring managers, guiding them through best practices,advising on talent market trends, and helping develop effectiveinterview and selection processes.
- Experience executingrecruitment campaigns, including utilizing job boards, professionalnetworks, and social media to engage both active and passivecandidates.
- Experience in evaluating and interviewingcandidates for technical and professional roles, ensuring they meetthe required qualifications and cultural fit.
- Ability to workindependently and as part of a collaborative HR team, ensuring thatrecruitment efforts are aligned with broader organizationalobjectives.
- Track record of effectively using an ApplicantTracking System (ATS) to manage recruitment processes, trackcandidate data, and ensure compliance with all recruitmentpolicies.
- Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,or related field from a publicly accredited college or universityrequired. Recruitment-specific certifications (for those whospecialize in recruiting):
- Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR)
