Job Description:
Complete Care is seeking a Medical Recruiter in Maitland, Florida. This individual is responsible for recruiting various corporate roles for Complete Care including but not limited to positions for Injury Care and Rehab, Spine and Orthopedics, and Diagnostic Imaging. This position reports to the Director of Human Resources will interface with the senior executives and will be highly consultative in advising, partnering, and managing this level of clients. As well as oversee other recruiters within the company, ensure the success of the department and future company growth.
Responsibilities:
Recruiting, sourcing candidates Effectively manages the full life cycle recruiting process to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer through onboarding Post jobs, schedule interviews, prepare offers and onboarding Collaborates and shares talent with the HR team Proactively research, develop and manage candidate generation strategies and employment branding through innovative marketing, social media, community, and university involvement Interview and present top talent to hiring managers Consulting & collaboration consult with hiring managers to determine hiring needs Create and maintain a pro-active staffing strategy using our knowledge of the local markets to meet current and future staffing goals providing outstanding client service and delivery Coach, train, and support all people leaders responsible for hiring, with an emphasis on processes and best practices, including behavioral interviewing, selection and offer negotiation Focuses on building relationships with department managers, create a strong level of trust; effectively understand their departments, team dynamics, and goals Administrative tasks: Send all interview evaluation forms to necessary individuals involved in the interview process, and upload all forms collected throughout the interview process to an employee’s file Ensure job requisitions, applicant tracking processes and reporting are implemented and effectively utilized by all
Requirments:
