Recruiter Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top talent. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying potential candidates and the ability to build and maintain a strong network of professionals. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Source candidates using various platforms, such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings. Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong understanding of the recruitment process and candidate selection methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Preferred Skills:
