Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Orange County, FL. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, and placing qualified candidates for Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. Daily tasks include reviewing resumes, finding qualified applicants, and maintaining relationships with clients. The Recruiter will also collaborate with hiring managers to understand and meet staffing needs and participate in recruitment events and job fairs. Qualifications Experience in sourcing, and knowledge of different social media platforms Strong communication Ability to collaborate with hiring managers and maintain relationships with candidates Knowledge of healthcare staffing and recruitment processes for Therapy Ability to work on-site in Orange County, FL Excellent organizational and time management skills Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
