Responsibilities:
What You’ll Be Doing:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements for skilled trades roles. Source, screen, and engage HVAC technicians, plumbers, electricians, and other professionals through job boards, referrals, trade schools, social media, and community networks. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from outreach and interviews to offer and onboarding. Build and maintain a pipeline of reliable, qualified candidates for ongoing and future roles. Schedule and coordinate pre-employment requirements, certifications, and start dates. Track candidate progress and hiring activity using applicant tracking system, iCIMS.

What You Bring to the
Table:
5+ years Recruting experience Previous experience recruiting in skilled trades or industrial sectors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical strongly preferred). A strong understanding of trade-specific qualifications, licensing, and job site demands. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — you’re great with candidates and hiring managers alike. Creative sourcing strategies and an ability to work quickly and efficiently. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple job openings at once.
