How do you excel in this position
In this role, you will excel by leveraging both traditional and creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in areas such as field service, skilled trades, building systems, and technician roles. You’ll utilize networking, career fairs, headhunting, and strategic marketing to target the right candidates. Through thoughtful screening and evaluation, you’ll assess both qualifications and cultural fit, while promoting Stark Tech’s mission and values throughout the recruitment process. As a key partner to hiring managers, academic institutions, and industry networks, you’ll help shape hiring strategies that align with business goals. You’ll also coordinate interviews, host targeted job fairs, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and stay ahead of recruitment trends-ensuring a seamless and high-impact hiring experience that supports the growth of our dynamic, technical workforce.
What are we looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
At least three (3) years’ experience supporting the recruitment function and various selection processes.
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches, etc.).
Previous experience recruiting for multiple roles, multiple levels required.
Basic understanding of human resources function and reporting and record keeping requirements.
Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the organization and its staffing needs.
Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
Strong communication and customer service skills required.
