Job Description:

We’re urgently hiring a Talent Acquisition Business Partner tosupport a leading manufacturing company in Tampa, FL. This 6-monthhybrid contract starts ASAP and offers a competitive rate of$42-$45/hr.

Position Overview:

You willmanage the full-cycle recruitment process for salaried and hourlyroles across manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions.

You’ll also partner with leadership on strategic hiring, candidatepipeline development, and process improvement.

KeyResponsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and technicalroles (e.g., service techs, maintenance techs) Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs andmanage expectations Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, ATS(SmartRecruiters), CRM, and other recruiting tools Provide a top-tier candidate experience while promotingDE&I hiring practices Manage recruiting KPIs, SLAs, and data reporting in

ATSQualifications:

7+ years of full-cycle corporate recruitment experience Experience recruiting for manufacturing roles and hourlyworkforce Must have worked in a professional, corporate environment Proven ability to influence and consult with hiringmanagers Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Boolean, ATS/CRM,etc.) Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus Bachelor’s degree required
