$18-$22 Per Hour Hybrid available after initial two-week training Remote available for highly experienced individual Ace Staffing, Inc. a 25-year-old staffing firm bases in Orlando, FL is seeking a Trades Recruiter to join our team. Our motto is “You can teach skills, but you can’t teach the fit.” Like other recruiting jobs, you will work alongside a small team that places workers at industrial manufacturing facilities, construction projects, warehouses and with other clients in need of skilled and unskilled temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent employees. A typical day as a
Trades Recruiter:
- Find and hire qualified workers so the office can fill every job opening on time and in compliance with company policies and applicable government regulations
- Manage incoming orders from clients and internal sales personnel
- Write and publish enthusiastic, concise job descriptions to Ace Staffing’s website and public job boards as well as use sourcing tools to identify qualified candidates
- Use social networks and industry connections to build a strong pipeline of candidates
- Review candidate resumes and job histories to ensure that they are qualified for positions
- Interview and offer jobs/communicate rejections to candidates in a legal, timely manner
- Administer drug screens, background checks, and other pre-employment tests
- Forward candidate resumes and information to sales team and clients for approval
- Consistently make quality control calls to clients and associates to maintain an open channel for customer feedback and to address concerns
- Create, review, and continually improve a strategic recruiting plan for the market Desired Skills & Experience for a
Trades Recruiter:
- Two years of recruiting experience preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Windows, Microsoft Office and other computer applications
