Job Description:
As a Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to candidate placement. You will work closely with both clients and candidates to ensure the right fit, consistently meeting the needs of our clients while helping talented individuals find rewarding career opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs and recruitment goals.
Business Development:
Proactively identify and secure new client opportunities by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events to expand the client base.
Sourcing Candidates:
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify top talent for client requirements.
Candidate Screening & Interviews:
Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and match their skills with client job requirements.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation and post-placement follow-up, ensuring a smooth and successful hiring experience for both candidates and clients.
Market Expertise:
Stay up to date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights and advice.
Sales & Negotiation:
Present candidate profiles to clients, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet recruitment targets and goals.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions, job orders, and placements in the recruitment database.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, staffing professional, or in a sales role within recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and job boards.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a full desk recruiting or business development role within the staffing industry.
- Familiarity with various industries and roles, including but not limited to IT, finance, healthcare, and sales.
