Work Setting:

100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work.

Required:

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Juno Beach, FL (required);
• Experience in IT recruitment, preferably within the energy, utilities, or technology sectors;
• Experience with IT roles, technologies, and industry trends;
• Experience with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including ATS and social platform;

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for niche or specialized IT roles in the energy sector;
• Experience with federal and state employment laws, OFCCP, and AAP compliance;
• Project management experience within talent acquisition or HR;
• Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.

g., SHRM, AIRS)

Responsibilities :

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define technical requirements for IT roles;
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive IT candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and industry events;
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding;
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified IT professionals for current and future hiring needs;
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including technical and cultural fit evaluations;
• Maintain accurate and compliant records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders;
