• Health Synergy Clinical Research is a leading clinical research organization specializing in advancing treatment options for individuals with psychiatric conditions.

Our mission is to drive innovation in mental health care by conducting high-quality clinical trials and fostering community engagement. We are seeking a motivated and well-connected Mental Health Clinical Research Recruiter with access to and experience with a patient population or database of individuals with psychiatric conditions to support recruitment for our clinical trials. Outreach is essential part of this job and connecting with and experience with recruitment for Psychiatry trials is key . Will train the right person .

Responsibilities:

Patient Recruitment:

Identify and engage eligible patients with psychiatric conditions, such as depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, anxiety, or other mental health disorders, for clinical trial participation.

Outreach:

Develop and execute strategies to connect with healthcare providers, mental health clinics, and community organizations to promote awareness of clinical trial opportunities.

Screening Support:

Collaborate with the clinical research team to pre-screen potential participants to ensure they meet trial eligibility criteria.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including psychiatrists, therapists, and mental health support groups.

Compliance:

Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment efforts and ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and privacy standards, including HIPAA.

Qualifications:

Experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, or related roles. Access to a database, network, or patient population with psychiatric conditions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and clearly explain clinical trial participation. Familiarity with mental health conditions and their treatment. Knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements (preferred). Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, psychology, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience working in clinical research, mental health clinics, or psychiatric practices. Established relationships with mental health professionals or organizations.
