We are currently looking for someone familiar with the different kind of insurances including,Medicare, Humana, UHC and Aetna who can stay on top of authorization requirements , eligibility, co-payments etc and communicate with the different insurance companies and our patients. We are looking for an Office Assistant with excellent communication and writing skills, excellent with Microsoft Office tools such as word, excel, excellent scheduling skills. Other duties such as recruiting and working with NEW employees on obtaining their backgrounds checks and receiving their new hire paperwork. Someone who is a self starter and keep thing running at all times. Time management is very important
