Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle recruiting for security officers, administrative staff, and support roles Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach Conduct phone screens, in-person interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and license verification Partner with operations and HR to forecast staffing needs and create job postings Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities Build a pipeline of qualified candidates and maintain relationships for future openings Attend job fairs and represent Platinum Group Security at community events as needed

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to occasionally lift or carry office supplies or equipment up to 20 lbs. Must be able to communicate clearly via phone, video conferencing, and in-person.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting or HR experience (security industry preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of Florida licensing requirements for security officers a plus Experience with ADP, BambooHR, or similar applicant tracking systems is a plus Ability to work independently and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred)
