Aliya Health Group LLC is a leading provider of substance use disorder (SUD) and behavioral health services, committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals and families. We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Recruiter with experience in healthcare staffing—particularly within SUD and behavioral health environments.
Position Summary:
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified medical and clinical staff across multiple programs and locations. The ideal candidate is experienced in full-cycle recruitment, has a strong understanding of behavioral health staffing needs, and is proficient in using Paycom’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles including therapists, counselors, nurses, case managers, and support staff Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions Use Paycom ATS to post jobs, manage candidates, and ensure accurate documentation Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative strategies Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring teams Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for high-turnover and critical roles Ensure compliance with federal, state, and internal hiring regulations Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and recruitment campaigns
Qualifications:
2+ years of healthcare recruitment experience , preferably in a behavioral health or SUD treatment setting Experience with Paycom ATS is required Knowledge of licensure, credentialing, and compliance requirements for clinical staff Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
