Location:
This position has the opportunity to work 100% remote Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Source, engage, and screen potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, networking, and referrals. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings and candidate interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding. Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the electric utility, energy, or related industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse candidates and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Ability to adapt to evolving industry dynamics and align recruitment strategies accordingly. Key Nice-To-Haves Professional certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP). Knowledge of electric utility industry trends and regulations. Experience recruiting for specialized roles in power infrastructure development. Familiarity with innovative recruitment technologies and methods.
