- Florida A prestigious A&F staffing firm are hiring for a lead A&F recruiter to sit directlyalongside their experienced Directors, as their lead executorin their Florida office. With huge earning packages, and hybrid WFH schedule. A thriving desk, retained & exclusive relationships, without internal competition
- and very large fees, where the average recruiter is billing $400,000, taking home a minimum of $200,000+ The ideal recruiter will specialise in A&F placements, into a variety of client bases, from financial services, retail and corporate clients. With client experience as a full desk consultant. With scope to build and expand teams
- this role gives opportunity to grow into leadership and management. The desk is inundated with roles to deliver on from day one , with no requirement for business development, covering both Direct Hire/Perm roles alongside a huge number of Contract/Temp roles to deliver upon too.
- Strong base salary, hybrid working (San Diego), and very high commissions
- you’ll be sat in the hottest A&F recruiting seat in New York.
