La Nurse Home Care Registry, a mid-size Florida based private duty home care and staffing company is seeking an experienced person for Recruiting, Credentialing and Scheduling in our Delray Beach office.
Job Duties:
Recruiting and Credentialing Call and screen HHAs, CNAs, LPNs and RNs for private duty homecare and/or staffing in nursing homes and rehab centers Assist with Credentialing of new candidates Constant contact with candidates, tracking progress Scheduling Assist with client scheduling Communicate with clients regarding their scheduling needs Work with independent contractor caregivers to refer clients On Call Rotation-Take calls after hours and weekends for all emergencies, scheduling issues/changes, and new client referrals Marketing to potential clients and referral sources. Business development experience a plus.
Required Experience:
Bachelors Degree preferred, High School Diploma required 2-4 years’ experience in home care or recruiting Must have experience with Recruiting, Credentialing and/or Client Scheduling Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and customer service skills Critical thinking skills, including the ability to problem solve accordingly Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment Excellent follow through Excellent time management and organizational skills MatrixCare or comparable software experience preferred Computer skills
