The dynamic and results-driven talent acquisition specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our operations, supply chain, compliance, and corporate teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong ability to source candidates in pharmaceutical industries, operations, administration, and more.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for operations, warehouse management, compliance, and corporate roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and business objectives. Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms to find qualified candidates. Ensure all hiring practices comply with company policies and industry regulations. Build a talent pipeline to support future hiring needs Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment reports. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations. Assist with employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in reverse logistics.
Requirements:
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment software. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or pharmaceutical industries. College degree preferred, but not required. Familiarity with reverse logistics, pharmaceutical returns, compliance, or regulatory hiring is a plus. Fluent in English & Spanish is required.

Requires light physical activity performing non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature as well as periods of prolonged sitting.
