Source 1 Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Junior Recruiter / Junior Project Coordinator to support our internal recruiting efforts. In this role, you will help identify and engage IT talent through job postings, cold calling, application screening, and initial candidate evaluations. You will work closely with the VP of Global Professional Services to fulfill our internal staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in IT recruiting or familiarity with technical roles is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with full-cycle recruitment efforts for internal IT roles. Review job openings and candidate requirements. Post job advertisements on social media and job boards. Track open positions using recruiting software. Screen résumés and conduct initial phone interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams. Contact references and verify candidate credentials. Maintain and update the résumé database. Collaborate with delivery teams to understand hiring needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Communications (or equivalent experience). Previous experience as a Junior IT Recruiter or in a similar role preferred. Familiarity with recruitment software and databases. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Confidence conducting phone and virtual interviews. Critical thinking and sound decision-making skills.
