We are looking for highly driven recruiting professionals for various divisions within our organization. (HIM, CDI, Case Management Utilization Management, Oncology Data Management, Trauma Registry Services) Medovent Solutions was established on building a culture where employees are excited to be a part of. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for finding quality talent, screen candidates’ qualifications, and deploy healthcare professionals to assignments. Reviewing applicants’ resume/curriculum vitae. Placing and assigning consultants/contractors travelers at hospitals and other medical facilities. Communicating efficiently with employers and employees ensuring the needs of both are met in a timely and effective manner. Negotiating pay rate, problem‐solving, and counseling, therein establishing a rapport with the job candidate. Creating, developing and cultivating prospect relationships so when they are ready for a new opportunity, they come to Medovent Solutions Work closely with Director of Recruiting on prospecting plan and specific targets and goals. Collaborate with the sales and recruitment team to create effective strategies for attracting quality talent. Utilize online resources and cold calling to find candidates. Attending Medovent Solutions company functions, vendor conferences and user meetings, and community networking events as requested Documenting up to date candidate activity and progress within applicant tracking system.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Recruiter position will have at least two years of experience placing professionals, Background in healthcare recruiting or other relevant experience is preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in customer service or account management.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM technologies, and marketing automation tools.
• Experience utilizing a strong customer service attitude and skill set.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Able to work well under pressure and within time constraints.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, for conferences, client visits, etc.
• Must be accessible and available to perform work functions at any time, including nights and weekends, as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in recruiting, sales, account management, or staffing required.
• 2‐3+ years’ experience with cold‐calling or candidate prospecting preferred.
