We are currently looking to hire individuals for an on-site High Volume Recruiter role to help grow schools nationwide and help fill their open roles.

Responsibilities and Commitments:

Sourcing candidates by warm leads and cold calling. Post our client’s jobs on our platforms. Daily cold calling with cold and warm candidates. Source through LinkedIn, Career Builder, Indeed, and Zip Recruiter. Recruit education professionals via phone, email, and social media. – similar to the first bullet Build a book of business of candidates to work contract assignments.
