In this role, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring compliance with labor regulations while partnering closely with project managers to meet staffing needs. Success in this position requires a proactive mindset, strategic approach to workforce planning, and the ability to thrive in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
Proactively source and attract top-tier candidates using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. End to
End Recruitment :
Oversee the entire hiring process—from job posting and candidate screening to interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding. Collaboration with
Hiring Manager :
Partner with project manager to assess staffing needs and ensure efficient, timely hiring.
Regulatory Compliance :
Ensure all recruitment practices align with applicable labor laws and internal policies.
Onboarding Support:
Facilitate the onboarding process to help new employees transition smoothly and effectively into their roles.
Talent Pipeline Development :
Cultivate relationships with universities, trade schools, and industry organizations to support long-term talent acquisition strategies Preferred Experience
Required:
A minimum of 3-5 years of work experience as a recruiter or in a similar human resources function.
- Experience recruiting across both blue-collar and office-based roles.
- Bilingual skills required specifically Spanish
- Certification or formal training in recruitment, HR, or a related field is an advantage.
- Interpersonal skills to build rapport and foster relationships with candidates and new hires.

Salary :
