We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our hybrid team at our Corporate Headquarters in Clearwater, FL.

- An industry leader who continues to transform the way respiratory care is delivered to our patients The Talent Acquisition Associate administers policies relating to pre-hiring and post-hiring activity by doing the following: Review and input information into pre-employment systems (ADP Recruiting Management, Escreen, ADP Vantage) to assist in onboarding external candidates and processing internal transfers.
Review and organize both electronic and paper pre-employement files. Aid in onboarding of new hires/transfers to include: System administration and interations with candidates via email and phone. Support with creating and extending offer letters to internal and external candidates. Respond to inquiries from managers reguarding status of candidates as required. Process background checks by role and location, including coordinating pre-employment drug screenings, physicals, fingerpringting and additional state required screenings. Preforms other duties and respinsibilities as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Must have at least 2 years of previous employment Human Resources with emphasis in recruiting or onboarding is a plus Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field preferred High School Diploma or GED required
